AI Platform for HR Chatbot
The Challenge
Our customer wanted to improve employee experience of accessing HR information by deploying an AI-powered chatbot. The goal was to provide instant, reliable answers to common HR queries—such as vacation policies, onboarding procedures, and other employee services—while reducing the workload on HR staff.
The Approach
- Conducted a full assessment of the customer’s existing architecture, which was already based on Azure’s Enterprise-Scale Landing Zone model.
- Gathered business, functional, and non-functional requirements to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Designed both high-level and detailed technical architectures following industry best practices.
- Implemented a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solution using key Azure services, including:
- AI Foundry, OpenAI, AI Search, Cosmos DB, App Service, Storage, Virtual Network, Private Link, and more.
The Results
- $120,000 annual savings through reduced HR operational costs.
- Employee satisfaction improved from 3.8 to 4.5 out of 5 in HR service ratings.
- Scalable foundation enabling the creation of additional AI agents to optimize other business processes.
